BRES K Students Travel to Thailand

This morning BRES Kindergarten students traveled to Thailand on a real science mission with educator Beth Heideman and scientists/explorer Curtis Bentley, co-founders of Go2Science. The students, teachers and scientists work as a collaborative community to investigate a hypothesis developed by real scientists. They go on missions around the globe, do field research and our students have a front row seat on the action!
Throughout the school year our students will participate in broadcasts and join the conversation as the educators and scientists live-stream from headquarters to discuss their field research. (https://www.go2science.com/)
Thanks to a grant from the Perloff Family Foundation, the Kindergarten classes also have a 3-D printer to help them participate and explore in the classroom.
